What is the return policy?
At Nekko, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging. Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, incorrect, or misrepresented items, and customers are advised to record an unboxing video as proof for such claims. Products that are used, damaged due to mishandling, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return. Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method or as store credit. Return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be covered by Nekko, while other eligible returns may require the customer to bear the shipping charges.
