Cancellation & Refund Policy
We believe in helping our customers as far as possible and therefore have a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Order Cancellations: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the orders have already been communicated to our vendors or merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.
Refunds & Replacements: A refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.
Damaged or Defective Products: In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained once the merchant has verified and confirmed the issue. This should be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
Product Not as Expected: If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product. Our team will review your concern and take an appropriate decision.
Refund Timeline: In case of any refunds approved by us, it may take 9–15 days for the amount to be processed and credited back to the customer.
